What We Clean

Exterior cleaning for every surface on your property

Different surfaces need different methods. Stucco and painted siding get low-pressure soft washing. Concrete gets a surface cleaner. Using the wrong one is how surfaces get damaged — so we match the method to the material, every time.

Why WBC Surface Pros

South Florida is hard on exteriors. We clean for that.

Heat, humidity and salt air mean algae and mildew come back faster here than almost anywhere else. Surface cleaning in Broward County is not the same job it is up north, and it should not be done the same way.

01

The right method per surface

Soft wash for anything porous or painted, controlled pressure for hard flatwork. Matching method to material is the single biggest factor in whether a job looks good or does damage.

02

Licensed and insured

Full coverage in place before we set foot on a property. Certificates of insurance available on request for HOAs, property managers and commercial clients.

03

Owner on every job

You deal with the person doing the work. No call center, no rotating crews, no quote that changes once someone shows up.

04

Plants and property protected

Landscaping pre-wet and rinsed, fixtures and outlets covered, runoff managed. The prep work is what separates a clean job from an expensive one.

05

Commercial-grade equipment

Trailer-mounted setup with a dedicated soft wash system — higher flow means faster, more even cleaning than consumer machines can deliver.

06

Clear, upfront quotes

Itemized by surface so you can see exactly what you are paying for and add or remove anything before we start.

Common Questions

What people usually ask

What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses high water pressure and suits hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses low pressure with a cleaning solution and suits anything porous or painted — stucco, siding, roofs. Using high pressure on the wrong surface causes damage that is expensive to fix.

How often should a South Florida home be washed?

Most homes here benefit from an annual house wash, and driveways or pool decks often need attention more frequently. Heat, humidity and rain make algae and mildew return faster in Broward County than in most of the country.

Will the cleaning solution harm my landscaping?

Not when the job is prepped correctly. Plants and grass are pre-wet before work starts and rinsed afterward, which prevents the solution from concentrating on foliage. Skipping this step is the most common cause of plant damage on exterior cleaning jobs.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Usually not, as long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and an outside water spigot. Many customers are at work during the job and come home to a finished property.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes. HOAs, property managers and commercial clients regularly need a COI naming them as additional insured, and we can provide that before work is scheduled.
